North Olympic YMCA CrossFitNorth Olympic YMCA Crossfit
We are the only registered CrossFit affiliate on the Olympic Peninsula. This cutting-edge fitness program uses randomized (always changing), functional (everyday movements) at your own "high intensity." By scaling (increasing or decreasing) the load and intensity, members can perform the same workout at their own pace. Crossfit delivers a fitness that is by design broad, general and inclusive. We have programs for singles or couples, families and kids!

Learn how CrossFit can change your life!
